Ali Cestar accomplished his degree in 1993 for American Studies of the English Department, Andalas University (Unand), Padang, West Sumatra and certified by University of Indonesia (UI), Jakarta, in 2003 for general translator.
He's been from many places and working on many jobs. But the longest he ever performed is as journalist for an economic daily newspaper, Bisnis Indonesia from 1995-2002 from where he had chance to learn economics while getting paid.
Today he manages a media and communication consulting enterprise namely Persbiro Infojasa Nusantara, the first integrated media and business communication services provider in Indonesia since 2007.
